today i attended a health camp by healthzone. fun yes. heh.
the bus ride was incredibly smooth. when we reach there, this guy called mr mick, wif his two girl helpers named joy and sarah, got us settled down.
firstly was a morning energiser, whereby we had to pass a wooden hoop around in a circle. but we had to hold hands and not let go. and not drop the hoop. 6 Joy won, but we are not sore losers. the game was great fun. there was cheering... "faster faster!!!" haha... so the hoop is like.. over our heads. lol...
next was this game called small small world. we had to form teams of 4. 8 teams in all, 4 from each class. there were 2 classes, btw. so the four ppl are given a mat. actually four small ones pieced tog. we had to walk around it when the music is played. when it stopped, we had to keep our feet in the mat. haha.. imagine all the tiptoeing. each round the mats were reduced in size. we won!!! hehehe... we had this brillant idea, thanks to peiling! we could do anything, so long as our feet were in the mat. when the mat was only one piece, which is about... 30cm x 30 cm, everyone was racking their brains how to put 8 feet in the mat and balance. peiling tot of sitting on the floor, and pile our feet in the mat. heheheh!! they said we could do anything right? lol. the prize was this puzzle board, for us to personalise.
Thru that game, i learned sth else. in the christian perspective. sometimes our tots are so confined. like for example keeping out feet in means having to stand in the mat too. it's obviously not the case, and we haf to think out of the norm. moral of story: the conditioning of the mind. which is wad we learn in breakthrough! (shows i got listen, hehe)
next was... a memory game. i hate memory games, so lets skip that.
then came The Amazing Race! we had to finish a crossword puzzle, while journeying around healthzone. there were two smokescreens, more formally known as roadblocks.
that occupied 1/2 hour. after that was break, when we were given a raisin bun, an apple and a cup of water. i skipped the water. haha...
Then was the personal pledge making. boring...
then was the results!!! me and mavis didnt win. :( but...... we had fun. thats most impt anyway. hehehe... so the top 11 had to pick a key, and pick a box to open. there was a prize in each box. Jensen and Jia Cheng got the grand prize!! worth $108 and a tee. i'm in desperate need of tees. hahaha...
that was end. so.. the rest you know..take bus back.. then eat eat.... home.. blabla.
And did i tell you i lost my pen? and bought a collar pin. and bought this super cute stressball!!! lol...

Life is so RANDOM.
