ho hum.. I'm one of the secretaries for the day! wheee! how it started:
mrs lim asked 5 of us to do some stuff for her. it was putting popular vouchers in an envelope. 480++ vouchers! whahahaha... then, after we finished, (in the HOD office - aircon!) mrs lim gave us some stickers and a name list. we were supposed to stick the stickers with names on em on the envelope. THEN we realised the vouchers are supposed to be awards! those... 1st 2nd 3rd stuff. wheee! means i getting a voucher!! whahaha!
after that, we had to arrange the enevlopes according to the name list. yupp.
following that was a break. anyway, doing the voucher stuff was better than sitting ard and watch the interhouse games. so boring! ha!
we had 1hour recesS! wheee! after recess, mrs lim needed our help again.so 6 of us - 5 of the same ppl + 1 more- went back to the HOD office. now, that was admin work! ha! so, we were given some paper, pen and some mark sheets. we had to source out the ppl who are in the first 5 positions and write them down. um hum! we checked and double checked. then mavis took charge of the new assignment - typing everything into an mirocsoft excel document. the others left, leaving only me and mavis. lol, i finally learned sth about excel! hahaha...
hmm... that took us many hours. cuz we needed to check everything. typing checking typing checking. and the malay names are esp difficult to type! that was only half of the job. the other half was, typing the top 3 for each subject, each level. but there're lots more to be covered by mrs lim. we just helped about.. half? yupp.
cuz of that, i gotta miss music! woohoo! music is really incridibly boring. really. tho i love singing. haha...
after finishing mrs lim's admin work, ms chiew came to me and asked me to print some stuff. that took half an hour. just nice! after i finished printing, it was dismissal. haha... kind jolin and mavis brought my bag down for me! thank you gals~!
wow. being is teacher is no easy task. now i know.. sho bz! hahaha... i think this is kinda an experience. as an admin worker? hahah... lol,i tot teachers only teach, give hw, scold ppl. haahhahaaa... dun tell. heex....
finally, at long last, i going OUT of singapore!!! lalalala... but haf to pray. m'sia is a dangerous place after all. foreign land. yupp. do keep my family in prayer. thx ppl. =)
